Thy Word Is True

Dwight L. Moody was, at one time, in a southern city preaching about the value of the Word of God in a person's life. Suddenly he was interrupted by the loud voice of a man in the audience.

        "Mr. Moody, I do not believe a single word in that collection of old wives' tales you call your Bible!"

        "My dead man", replied Mr. Moody, "there is one verse in this Bible that your are forced to believe," Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap" (Galatians 6:7) For example, he sows drunkards, and he will reap drunkards". The man sat down his whole family were drunkards.

Part Two of My Trip to the Museum of the Bible in Washington DC

This is the part where they had the King James Bibles. It gave some information on the history of it and there were a few King James Bibles too. There might be other photos of this floor where they have the history of the Bible and they will be part of a different blog. It took up the whole floor. There are six floors of the museum with floor having a different theme / part of the Bible. These photos are nice but one should go to the museum to really experience what they have and learn from what they show.  The upper part of the King James Bible sign.
