Part Two of My Trip to the Museum of the Bible in Washington DC

This is the part where they had the King James Bibles. It gave some information on the history of it and there were a few King James Bibles too. There might be other photos of this floor where they have the history of the Bible and they will be part of a different blog. It took up the whole floor. There are six floors of the museum with floor having a different theme / part of the Bible. These photos are nice but one should go to the museum to really experience what they have and learn from what they show.

Here is the king who authorized the creation of the King James Bible; King James. He was King James the VI of Scotland then became King James the 1st of England.

They have a variety of the King James Authorized Bible on display. This is some of them. 





Here I am in the recreated village near an olive tree near where they pressed grapes.
