Seven Promises Of God

I got the above from a friend on Facebook. I think it is good. I think it needs scripture to support them. I will be copying the below and adding scripture.

1: I will protect you.
Daily Verse has a list of 40 verses of protection. I am checking them out to see
if they are verses of protection. The ones I have seen are related to protection; in some way.

2: I will provide for you.
Bible Reason has some verses on God providing. I am checking them out. The ones
I have seen are pretty good.

3: I am your strength
Bible Study Tools has some verses on God being out strength.
Some of them are about God providing strength.

4: I will always love you
Bible Study Tools has verses on how God will always love us.
I am checking these out too.

5: I will answer you when you call.
Knowing Jesus has verses on God answering us when we call.
I am checking these verses out.

6: I am with you.
Open Bible has verses on God being with us.
I will check these out; there are many listed.

In Mathew 28:20 b, it says the he will always be with
you, even unto the end of the world.

7: I will give you peace.
Bible Study Tools has verses about God giving us peace.
I am checking these out.

Psalm 23
A lot of the above promises can be found in the 23rd chapter of Psalm.
Verse 1; The Lord is my shepherd; helper, protector.
I shall not want; my needs met
(there is a difference between need and want).

Verse 2; He makes me to lie down in green pastures; ideal settings of peace.
He leads me besides still waters; waters that aren't disturbed, peaceful.

Verse 3: He restores my soul; uplifts me and strengthens me.
he leads me in paths of righteousness; He guides me in right things.
for His names sake; to His glory and His power.

Verse 4: Though I walk through the valley of death; He is with you during dangerous times.
I will fear no evil; God will chase away fear.
God is with you; you are not alone.
His rod and His staff will protect you;  shepherds tools that protect the sheep
and comfort them.

Verse 5: He provides a table amongst ones enemies; He provides us even when surrounded by
your enemies. He anoints us with oil; His blessings.
my cup runs over; He blesses us.

Verse 6: goodness and mercy shall follow us all the days of our lives; His goodness
and mercy shall not depart from us for the rest of our lives.
I will live in the House of the Lord forever; our salvation is eternal and we will
live with God forever.

The above is how I see and view the 23rd Psalm. I hope it is an inspiration to you.

Don't just take my word on the above. One can search the Bible for ones own
answers. By reading God's Word - the Holy Bible - for oneself, one is not relying
or repeating what others are saying but one gets it from God's Word.

it just means one is forgiven.
