Simulated Old Testament Village at the Museum Of The Bible in Washington DC
I visited the Museum of the Bible in Washington DC. It is a six floor building that looks really nice. I think the museum is a place that all Christians should put on the 'bucket list'. I have learned a lot at the museum. It is not just static displays but also interactive ones plus lots of great videos. The below photos are of the village that they recreated on one of the floors of the museum. One of the security guards helped me take photos of me among some of the structures. I think this little village gives an insight of what life might have been like back then. Here I am on the floor where they have a replica of a typical Jewish town during the Old Testament time. It was really neat and gave a feeling of what life might have been like back then. This is one floor of six floors of the museum. Here I am near a tree near a wine press.
